Caldwell House, Uplawmoor
Geddes Consulting has been appointed to provide advice and guidance on the restoration of Caldwell House, Gamekeeper’s House and the estate’s landscape in accord with the policies in the approved development plan. As these buildings are listed, and the costs of the restoration will not be recouped by the income from new uses of these buildings, Geddes will advise on the extent of enabling development which will be acceptable.
