Welcome to the online consultation page for Lathallan House, Polmont.
Laurence Park Homes Limited are bringing forward a proposal for the restoration of Lathallan House and its associated Listed buildings along with additional enabling new build residential development.
On 2nd December 2022, Laurence Park Homes Limited lodged a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) to Falkirk Council for this proposal.
Two in-person community consultation events will be held in the local area where members of the project team will be available to answer questions and explain the emerging proposals.
Consultation 1 date: 8th June 4pm-8pm
Consultation 2 date: TBC
Both events will be held at Maddiston Community Centre, Parkhall Drive, Maddiston, FK2 0LQ

Feedback Questionnaires will also be available from this page. These can either be completed online or downloaded and printed out.
Your comments about the proposal will then be collated in a topic based Issues Log. This Issues Log will identify matters to be considered as part of the emerging proposal.
Any feedback received will not be attributable to any specific individual.
