Lady Brae, Gorebridge
Geddes Consulting has been appointed to provide planning services for a new development at Lady Brae Gorebridge.
The proposal is for new residential development along with associated, infrastructure, engineering and landscape work.
Geddes’ role in this project includes managing the planning process and ensuring the proposal meet the Council’s policy requirements and other material considerations including Scottish Planning Policy. We are also coordinating and collating the technical assessments that will be prepared, ensuring that the impacts of development are taken into account.
- Managing the planning process, including engagement with the community and key stakeholders
- Ensuring that the necessary comprehensive survey work informs the design process and demonstrates policy compliance
- Ensuring that all relevant matters are taken into account prior to submission of the planning application
The site is located to the southeast of Gorebridge
