Geddes Consulting provided project management; planning; master planning; landscape design; Environmental Impact Assessment and financial appraisal services to help deliver 1,950 homes, a primary school, retail and major infrastructure works.
- Prepared financial appraisal to justify the Council’s City Deal funding for the new primary school
- Coordinated partnership working between the Consortium and the various infrastructure providers to help deliver viable up-front infrastructure investment
- Promoted a masterplan solution which meets both placemaking and infrastructure investment and programming needs
