Welcome to the online consultation page for Cairneyhill Phase 2.
Avant Homes are bringing forward a proposal for residential development, together with associated engineering, infrastructure, landscaping and open space on land south of Pitdinnie Farm, Pitdinnie Road, Cairneyhill.
On 21st April 2023, Avant Homes lodged a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) to Fife Council for this proposal. The site is allocated in the adopted Fife Local Development Plan (FIFEplan) as forming part of a wider housing allocation (Ref: CNH 005 Land north of Cairneyhill). 100 homes have already been delivered in the east of this site. The proposals as presented relate to the development of the remainder of the site (Phase 2).
Two in-person community consultation events will be held in the local area where members of the project team will be available to answer questions and explain the emerging proposals.
Consultation 1 will be held on 25th May 4pm-8pm
Consultation 2 is due to be held on 22nd June 4pm-8pm
Both events will be held at Cairneyhill Primary and Community School, Northbank Road, Cairneyhill, KY12 8R

Feedback Questionnaires will also be available from this page. These can either be completed online or downloaded and printed out.
Your comments about the proposal will then be collated in a topic based Issues Log. This Issues Log will identify matters to be considered as part of the emerging proposal.
