Lynch Homes are bringing forward a proposal for a site at Alton, South East Ayr. The site is located to the southeast of Ayr adjacent to the A77 .
On 1st September 2021, Lynch Homes submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) to South Ayrshire Council for the development of land at Alton, South East Ayr.
The proposal is for residential development of up to around 400 homes along with associated landscaping, infrastructure and engineering works.
